Hello all,

I've been using the Bard app only a week for IOS; I'm sure that it came out along time ago. Pretty simple interface.

Anyway, I was wondering if you guys have ever read the six books which comprise the King and Maxwell series. Basically, these two secret service agents are terminated in different ways and form their own agency; I don't want to reveal any particulars regarding the books in case anyone has not read them. There great! Recommended read! I've read the sixth one, only to find out there was a series, which I didn't know about, so I read things a little out of order, but thankfully, it didn't matter much. I've read King and Maxwell, the sixth book in the series, and now the first, and am about to maybe read for an hour on the second before going to bed.

That's all!

I think King and Maxwell is a tv series on cable, as well as books. Thanks for the recommendation! Thanks to the inconsistency in the way things are annotated, I've found myself reading series out of order.

I have read the first two books in this series. I have recently started reading books by David Baldacci and have enjoyed all I've read so far.

By the way, if you click on the book title on BARD and then click on the name of the series, it will list the books in that series in order. Of course if BARD doesn't have all the books in a series, this doesn't help much. I hate reading a series out of order and usually go to other websites or even an author's website where books are listed in order. Reading a series out of order can cause you to miss character development. It can also be distracting in a mystery series or suspense series when you read a book where a character is killed and then read earlier books in that series where that charcter is alive and an important part of the series. You already know they end up dead later which can be sad.

Good to know about being able to click on the series as a link. Great protip, thanks.

Yeah, you can find out a lot by clicking on the title. You are taken to a page where you can click on the narrator and find all the books on BARD narrated by that person. You can click on the author and find all other books on BARD from that author, and, as I said before, you can click on the series title and get the other books in that series available on BARD and in the correct order.

I've read the first three or four. I liked the first one a lot, but I think one of them spent too much time on the group of old guys and I found them not so interesting so didn't keep reading. Think the old guys group (can't remember the name) had a spin off book of their own.

I thank Blue Velvet for the hint re: using BARD. Will try that on next search.
